BPS 5 TO 15 recruitment policy

The government has provided clear guidelines for candidates who pass the tests conducted by Sukkur IBA from Grade 5 to 15, outlining the entire process for securing a job. The total marks for the tests are 100, with 50 marks allocated for the test itself. However, candidates must achieve a minimum of 40 marks to qualify for the interview.

During the interview, the scoring system is based on the candidate's degree marks. If a candidate has scored 70% or above in their degree, they will receive 30 marks in the interview. For those with 60% marks, 22.5 marks will be awarded, and for candidates scoring 50% or above, 15 marks will be given.

BPS 5 TO 15 recruitment policy

Additionally, for technical posts, a practical computer test will be conducted, and candidates are required to submit relevant certificates or undergo a typing test during the interview process. This is to assess their proficiency and confidence in technical skills.
